Description:

People of all ages are living with arthritis, not just the elderly - the average age of diagnosis for people with RA is 35. No arthritis cure exists at present and it is not known what causes it. What is certain, however, is that there are plenty of small steps you can take to ensure arthritis does not stop you leading a full and active life.

Arthritis Ireland have a wide range of programmes, services and events, like the internationally-acclaimed Living Well with Arthritis course, that provides people with the knowledge and necessary skills needed to make a big difference to how they control their arthritis and overall quality of life.
